Sophie,
This is you as we are about to leave the hospital. You were so tiny. Your clothes were to big. Your pants wouldn't stay up. Your feet and tiny toes were to small for socks, they just fell right off. The nurses were worried about that, they thought that Dad and I would let your feet get cold. But we didn't. We wrapped you up tight in a blanket, made by Grandma Crook, and loaded you into the car. I didn't know what to think on the way home. I had a new precious baby in the backseat. I loved you so much already. I want to be the best mom I can be for you. Welcome to your new home where I hope you will always feel safe and loved.
Love,
Mom

I am glad we get to have a sneak-peak once in awhile. I think it is a wonderful idea to do her own blog.
You are a great Mom!
Sophie is so blessed to have you as a Mom.
Thanks for sharing this post!
Cute idea! I might have to steal it. Love ya
What a cute idea for Sophie. Sophie is lucky to have such a wonderful Mom!
I have thought of doing that for my girls, but then I remember that I am 3 years behind in my scrapbooking. One thing at a time.
that's a great idea. Blogging is sooo much easier than scrapbooking, and you can put really personal stuff in it. Remind me of this great idea in 10 or 20 years, when I'm ready for kids ;)
