Who has the best mannequin head?? We had a Contest at school to see who could have the best Halloween mannequin head. My friend and I did Cindy Lou Who and the Grinch! (The Grinch still needs to put his Santa hat on...) It was quiet a task to make the Grinch. We had to use wax, paste, paint, hair, glue, spray paint, rubber cement stuff.... and any other sticky things you can think of!
