The Great Wall of Chocolate

December 13, 2009

Last night we went with my family to PF Changs and to the Morman Tabernacle Christmas Concert! We had such a great night! We got to PF Changs {Brian had never been there and was very impressed} and we all shared Lettuce Wraps, Spring Rolls, Lemon Chicken, Broccoli and Beef, Pan Fried Noodles, Sweet and Sour Pork, and Spicy Chicken. After we ate they brought over the dessert tray. We ordered The Great Wall of Chocolate! It was huge! There was 6 layers of cake with chocolate fudge in between, a chocolate chip crust, and raspberry and strawberries all over the plate! We each had a layer of the great wall! It was so tasty!

After dinner we went to the Conference Center and waited for the concert to start! The stage is always decorated so pretty! The concert was great! Natalie Cole was the guest artist and she did fabulous! But, I think everyone's favorite was the organ solo by Richard Elliot! He is amazing! His feet play the pedals as fast as his hands play all 5 keyboards! Crazy! And, he doesn't ever use any music!

I was sneaky and took a picture in the Conference Center {very against the rules} What a FUN night!
