Rollin Eggs!

March 24, 2008

Happy Easter!
Brian and I had a really fun Easter! I woke up and went out into the family room and I was surprised to see that the Easter Bunny had come! Brian had picked out the CUTEST Easter dress for me! I love it! There was also a basket full of candy and a stuffed rabbit! I'm so lucky!

Brian and I dyed eggs on Saturday. My family has this tradition that we all dye eggs and then on Easter Day we go up to Logan to Aggie Hill. It a really step hill that we have a picnic on and then we roll our eggs down! When I told Brian we always do this he asked " So whats the point? Is there something symbolic to it or something?" ...Nope. We just roll our eggs down the hill, go get them, and roll them again! On the drive home I asked Brian if he liked my Easter traditions, he said, "Rolling eggs is really pointless but really fun!"

I hope everyone had a HAPPY EASTER!

Way to go Brian! The Easter Bunny totally forgot about me after I got married! Rolling eggs sounds fun to me - way better than eating them. Maybe we'll have to try that next year.

I love your Easter pictures!! They are so cute! Thanks again for showing me how to do the background....it's still a work in progress, just so you know. We're not going to Justin's homecoming. But, I really want to see you guys, so we'll have to plan a date....

We used to roll Easter Eggs when Brian was small. Guess he doesn't remember doing it! It is pointless, but yes fun, and if you do it just right, there aren't many boiled eggs left to eat. Our Easter was fun, but messed up due to our having to give talks in Sacrament Meeting. Glad you guys had fun. You two need to start commenting on our blog too! Cute wallpaper and pictures. I need to learn how to do more with mine!
